
Wake up and smell the pumpkin spice! Enjoy a new and delicious breakfast treat with family and friends the day after your fun fall weekend. Find out how to make your own below…

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 loaf of texas toast
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk (2% is preferred)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Pumpkin butter
DIRECTIONS
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan
- Combine 1 cup brown sugar and melted butter into a small bowl
- Pour mixture into greased pan*
- Beat together all six eggs, milk and vanilla – set to the side when done
- Put down one layer of texas toast bread on top of the melted butter and brown sugar mixture
- Pour half of the egg mixture on top of the first layer of bread**
- Sprinkle 2 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tsp of brown sugar over the first layer of bread
- Take your pumpkin butter and spread a little bit on top of the layer of bread
- Repeat steps 5 thru 8 with adding a second layer of texas toast
- Seal your pan – lid or aluminum foil, your preference
- Place in the refrigerator over night
*Tilt pan until the entire pan is covered with the mixture | **Make sure all of the bread is covered by the mixture.
NEXT STEPS
- The morning after preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Place French Toast in the oven covered for 30 minutes
- After 15 minutes, uncover the french toast
- Top with powdered sugar and/or syrup when ready
