Enjoy setting a beautiful and sustainable Christmas table featuring a rustic woodland branch, mini Christmas trees, dried flowers and homemade crackers. Read below to find out more…

STEP 1: ADD A TABLECLOTH AND RUNNER

Start with a blank canvas with a tablecloth, chairs and contrasting table runners laid horizontally across the table. This will help you to define each place setting.

STEP 2: ADD NATURAL DECOR

Next, we styled a branch foraged from the woods and hung it from the ceiling. This is a great way of using natural materials to decorate your home. Embellish your branch with a range of glass, zinc and metallic decorations for an earthy shimmer and position battery fairy lights.

STEP 3: ADD A CENTERPIECE

Introduce your table centerpiece – we used little Christmas trees in Denby mugs, bowls as candleholders and a touch of greenery.

STEP 4: ADD YOUR DENBY PIECES

Arrange taller pieces for height around the table such as antique candlesticks and vases. A sprinkling of dried flowers adds a rustic touch and unlike shop bought decorations, can be used again and again.

STEP 5: ADD FINISHING TOUCHES

Lay your place settings, glassware and napkins with cutlery, making sure you leave room for large serving boards and dishes. We also added homemade ‘crackers’ as gifts in small brown recycled bags tied with gold string and hand lettered leaves as place names.
