Three Cheese Artichoke Dip

Nohting like a cheesy and delicious dip for your Game Day Celebration! This Three Cheese Artichoke Dip is easy to make and something everyone will love to dip their chips into. Win your guests over this dip and you’ll score big before the real game begins. Check it out below!

Ingredients:
- 1 package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan (1 oz)
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 package frozen leaf spinach
- 4 oz. extra-sharp Cheddar
- Pita or tortilla chips
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
- Add the artichokes, spinach and Cheddar to the bowl and mix to combine.
- Transfer the artichoke mixture to a shallow 1-qt baking dish and bake until bubbling and light golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with chips, if desired.

Pull-Apart Garlic Bread Pizza Dip

Who doesn’t love pizza, especially when you can make it so many different ways! Try this Pull-Apart Garlic Bread Pizza Dip as it brings together all of our favorite foods — garlic bread, pizza & dip. Find out how you can make your very own Pull-Apart Dip below…

Ingredients:
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella, divided
- 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. ricotta
- 1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan, divided
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- 3/4 c. pizza sauce
- 1 c. mini pepperoni
- 2 (16-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands)
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups mozzarella, cream cheese, ricotta, ⅓ cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt. Transfer mixture to a 9″-x-13″ baking dish then spread pizza sauce on top. Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Halve biscuits and roll into balls, then place on top of dip.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, and parsley. Brush on biscuits and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
- Bake until biscuits are golden and cheese is melty, about 45 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and bake until biscuits are cooked through, another 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 small onion, coarsely grated
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole milk
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) pale ale
- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
- Soft pretzels and apples, for serving
Directions:
- Melt butter in large saucepan on medium, then add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour on top and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
- Whisk in milk, then beer, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture has thickened, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in cream cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce until melted and smooth.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; add Cheddar in 3 additions, stirring each addition until melted before adding the next. Serve warm with pretzels and apples, if desired.
